Return Policy
Cancellation of order
You can cancel your order placed through our eshop until you have been informed via email that the order has been shipped. In case such an email has not reached you, been redirected into spam folders or otherwise not received, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
In case the books received are damaged or they are the wrong books, you can return them within 14 days from receiving them.
If you cancel your order prior to the books being shipped, we will return the full amount, including shipping costs, that you have paid within 72 hours by issuing a refund. Practice indicates that refund will be done via the same means of payment you originally used.
Exchanges/changes of books
In case of a request to exchange/change your order after receiving it, we will comply with your request if the books you return reach us in the same good condition you received them (in proper packaging that will ensure no wear and tear will ensue during delivery), if there is no indication the books have been used or photocopied, and that the books reach us within 14 days of your receiving them.
Once received, the books will be inspected for these elements and the exchange will be approved. For the sending of the new titles in the case of exchange/change, you will need to pay a shipping fee of 5 euro. In case there is a difference in the price of the new titles, this will be covered by us via partial refund (in case the total price is lower than the original order) or by you via extra payment (in case the total price is higher than the original order).
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges from outside Greece.
Returns, exchanges and refunds cannot be granted in the case of downloaded ebooks.
Damaged books
In case the books you have received are damaged, we require proof in the form of video or photograph that indicates the damage has been detected upon opening the package. In case of damage, we require that you return the books to us on our charge, and we will either issue a refund or send you undamaged copies without any extra charge.
If you require a refund, we will refund your payment in the same manner that it was made. In case that your payment was made COD (Cash on Delivery), we will deposit your refund in a bank account of your choosing (you will need to send us the relative IBAN and name information).
In case the downloaded ebook is damaged or corrupted in any way, contact us for issuing you a new link by attaching a screenshot of the issue or problem with the downloaded file, and the downloaded file itself. We do not issue refunds for downloaded ebooks in any case.

Please be advised that repetitive use/abuse of the right to return/exchange books will constitute our inability to comply in the customer’s future demands. Such an occurence will be clearly communicated.
